two resistor of resistance 10 ohm and 20 ohm are connected in parallel a bettry supplies 6A of current to the combination . calculate the current in each resistor.

Answer:

equalent resistance = (10×20)/30

                                  =20/3 ohm

                                I = 6A

so V=IR = 20/3 × 6

             = 40volt

now current at 10ohm resister is I=V/R

I=40/10

= 4 A

I = 20/10

 = 2A
