Two resistors are connected in (a)series (b) parallel. The equivalent resistance in both the cases are 9ohm and 2ohm respectively. Then find the resistances of the component resistors.

Explanation:

When connected in series :3 +6=9ohm

When connected in parallel :3×6/3+6

=2ohm
