Two resistors are first connected in series across a voltage source and then in parallel across the same source.What effect will it have on the reading of voltmeter and ammeter.and why

the on which measutes potential will be same but the one measures current will have less reading as compared to previous form when they are arranged in series it depends on how much resistant resistor contains and etc
