To Find,
- (A) Effective resistance of the circuit.
- (B) Current in the circuit.
According to question,
Case (I), Effective resistance of the circuit.
We know that,
★ Rp = 1/R1 + 1/R2
⇒ Rp = 1/10 + 1/12
⇒ Rp = 6 + 5/60
⇒ Rp = 11/60
⇒ Rp = 0.18 Ω ★
Case (II), Current in the circuit.
We know that,
★ V = IR
[ Here, R = Effective resistance (Rp) ]
⇒ 30 = I × 0.18
⇒ I = 30/0.18
⇒ I = 166.6 A ★
