1/5 + 1/ 10 = 1/R

3/10 = 1/R

10 / 3 = R

3.333 = R

Now , for maximum resistance : Series

5 + 10 = R

15 = R

Now total current when connected to series,

V = I / R

6 = I / 3.33

6* 10/3 = I

20 Ampere = I

Now, total current when connected in parallel ,

V = I/R

6= I / 15

6*15 = I

90 Ampere = I
