Rs. 13,680 is the total cost of constructing roads.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that,

Length of the garden = 35m

The breadth of the garden = 25m

Area of the garden = l * b

= 35 * 25

= Rs. 875

Area of Road 1 = l * b

= 3 * 25

= 75m

Area of Road 2 = l * b

= 35 * 3

= 105m

Thus, total area of the road = 75 + 105 - (3 * 3)

= 171 m^2

∵ The total cost of fencing = Total area of road * Rs. 80

= 171 * 80

= Rs. 13,680
