"Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
and sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To whom it bent in the undergrowth;
i) Why does the poet call the wood "yellow Wood"

I) The season this poem is pictured in is AUTUMN. In autumn the leaves are yellow and fall down, to give rise to New leaves... This also symbolizes a NEW START/ BEGINNING
II) The traveller feels sorry because he can travel only a single road. That is, he wants to travel both the paths and see where they take him. But since he is only ONE PERSON, he cannot travel both roads at the same time. It shows his indecisiveness.
