Area of one room = Area of other room
4 *side =2 (L + B)
4 *15 =2 * (20 +B)
60 = 40 +2B
60 - 40 =2B
20/2 =B
10 = B
Area of one room = Side *Side
=15 *15 = 225 m^2
Area of other room =length *breadth =20*10=200m^2
one room has greater area
