Let x be the distance and t time taken by 2nd cyclist in hour

Since one cyclist takes 16 min more

x/15 = t + 16/60 ---(1)

x/16 = t ---(2)

(1) - (2)

x/15 - x/16 = 16/60

x/(15×16) = 16/60

x = 15×16×16/60

=64km
