Given:
Length of AB = 14cm

Length of BC = 7cm

Now,

Circumference of the semi-circle AB without its base= πd/2 = (22 × 14)/(7 × 2) = 22cm

Circumference of the semi-circle AC without its base= πd/2 = (22 × 21)/(7 × 2) = 33cm
Circumference of whole figure = 22 + 33 + 7 = 62cm

Note - Circumference of the semi-circle = πr + 2r (including its base)

Here, I have used the formula excluding base because it is connected to another figure so we will not count it in circumference.
