Two sheets of plywood are available. One has a length of 14 m and breath 4.5 m. The other one is a square sheet with side measuring 12.5 m. Which one has a larger area and by how much?

area of rectangular ply wood sheet :-
=l*b
=14*4.5
=63 m^2
area of square ply wood sheet :-
=side^2
=12.5^2
=156.25 m^2
square plywood sheet has bigger area than rectangular sheet by =156.25-63
=93.25 m^2

area of rectangular plywood = length × breath

= 14 m× 4.5 m

= 63 m square

area of square plywood =side × side

= 12.5 m ×12.5

= 156.25 m
