First sheet,

a = l \times b \\ a = 14 \times 4.5 \\ a = 63sq.m
Second sheet,

a =s \times s \\ a = 12.5 \times 12.5 \\ a = 156.25sq.m

Therefore the second sheet has 93.25 sq.m of larger area than the first sheet .

Hope this helps u.........if it helps u mark me as brainliest.

madhusmitadas014: second sheet a= 8*8 how it come ?

Heya !!

Here's your answer.. ⬇⬇

_______________________________

⚫ Given :- Length Of plywood = 14m
Breadth of plywood = 4.5 M

Length of Square sheet = 12.5m

⚫ To Find :- Area of Plywood = ?
Area of Square sheet = ?
Which one has larger area and by how much.

⚫ Solution :-
➡ Find Area of Plywood..,

Area of Plywood = L × B
Area of Plywood = 14 × 4.5

Area of Plywood = 63m^2

➡ Find Area of Square sheet..,

Area of Square sheet = ( L )^2
Area of Square sheet = ( 12.5 )^2

Area of Square sheet = 156.25m^2

➡ Here we get area of Square sheet larger one.

To find by how much Subtract Area of Plywood by Area of Square sheet.

= Area of Square sheet - Area of Plywood
= 156.25 - 63
= 93.25m^2

Area of Square sheet is larger than Area of Plywood by 93.25m^2.
