Two sides AB and BC of ∆ABC are 28cm and 38cm respectively. Find the length of the side AC, if the perimeter of ∆ABC is 100 cm.

Perimeter of triangle

=a+b+c

100 cm=28+38+x

100cm=66+x

x=100-66

x=44 cm

Therefore the third side of the triangle ABC is 44cm
