Make a Rectangle using this Parellelogram.

Angle CBF will be 63°

Sin 63°= CF/CB

h=CF=Sin 63° x CB

=.9 x 8

=7.2 cm

The distance b/w the bigger sides is 7.2 cm.

Area = bh

=AB x h

=12 x 7.2

=86.4 cm^2

Area of the Parellelogram is 86.4 cm^2
