Two sides of a parallelogram are 14 cm and 8 cm . if the height corresponding to the side of length 14 cm is 7 cm long , find the length of the height corresponding to the side 8 cm .​

Answer:

Given, base=14 cm

Height corresponding to 14 cm= 7 cm

so Area of parallelogram=base×height

=14×7=98 square.cm

Also Given another base=8 cm

so, length of height corresponding to the side 8 cm= Area of parallelogram/ base

=98÷8

=12.25 cm
