Now, parameter of a parallelogram =2(a+b)

Perimeter = 2(a+b)

200cm. = 2(3x+7x)

200cm =2(10x)

200/2 =10x

100. =10x

100/10. = x

Therefore, x=10cm

Now, 1st side =3x (put value of x =10)

=3X10=30cm

2nd side = 7x

=7X10=70cm
