let the ratio be 4x and 3x.
4x+5x=56.
7x=56.
x=56/7
x=8.
first length=4×8=32.
second length=3×8=24.

Let 4,3 be 4x,3x.
Opposite sites of a parallelogram are equal.
So the remaining two side are 4x and 3x

Perimeter= sum of all sides.
56 = 4x +3x+4x+3x
56 =14x
14x = 56
X =56/14=28/7
X= 4
Ans: x=4

arti26: your answer is wrong
hyunxu: 4x=4×4=16
hyunxu: 3x =3×4=12
hyunxu: So the length of sites are 16 and 12
hyunxu: *sides
