2(l + b)

putting values of l and b we get

2(5x + 3x)

But according to Question perimeter is 64 cm ,

Therefore,

16x = 64

x = 4

Now lenghth = 5x = 5*4 = 20 cm

breadth = 3x = 3*4 = 12 cm
