Two sides of a parrallelogram are in the ratio 4:3. If its perimetre is 56 cm, find the lengths of its sides. ​

Answer:

let one side be 4x

another side be 3x

2(4x+3x)=56

(4x+3x)=56/2

7x=28

X=28/7

X=4

then....

4x=4(4)=16

3x=3(4)=12

....... when two sides of a parallelogram are 16 and 12
