2 ( 4x + 2 + 3x - 4 ) = 52
7x -2 = 26
7x = 28
x = 4
So, it's sides are
(4×4 + 2 ) = 18cm
And
( 3×4 - 4 ) = 8cm
Area of rectangle = 18×8 = 144cm²
