Given:

The two sides of the triangle is

  • One side is 2x² + 3x + 5
  • And second side is 5x² - 7x + 3

The perimeter of the triangle is 9x²- 8x + 11

To find:

The value of the third side of the triangle

So,

We know that,

Perimeter if the triangle = sum of all three sides

Therefore,

⇒ 9x²-8x+11 = 2x²+3x+5 + 5x²-7x+3 + thrid side

9x²-8x+11 = (7x² - 4x + 8) + third side

⇒ 9x²-8x+11 - (7x² - 4x + 8) = third side

[By taking (7x² - 4x + 8) to ]

⇒  9x²- 8x + 11 - 7x² + 4x - 8 = third side

⇒ 2x²- 4x +3 = third side

Hence,

The third fide of the triangle is 2x²- 4x +3 units.

Given :

  • First side 2x² + 3x + 5 &
  • Second side 5x² - 7x + 3
  • Perimeter is 9x²- 8x + 11

To find :

  • Find third side.

According to the question,

→ Perimeter of triangle = Sum of all its side

Let the third side be x

→ 9x²- 8x + 11 = 2x² + 3x + 5 + 5x² - 7x + 3 + x

→ 9x²- 8x + 11 = 7x² - 4x + 8 + x

→ 9x²- 8x + 11 - (7x² - 4x + 8) = x

→ 9x² - 8x + 11 - 7x² + 4x - 8 = x

→ 2x² - 4x + 3 = x

.°. The third side is 2x² - 4x + 3...
