The length of the 3 rd side cannot be more than or equal to 6.5 cm .

Explanation : If the sum of the length of any 2 sides of a triangle is smaller than or equal to the length of the 3rd side the triangle is not possible . So to make a triangle possible the sum of the length of any 2 sides must be greater than the length of the 3rd side .
