So, on solving we get

9x = 59+4

x = 63/9

x = 7cm

1st side :

(3x - 2) = 3 x 7 - 2 = 19 cm

2nd side:

(2x + 5) = 2 x 7 +5 = 19cm

3rd side:

Perimeter of a triangle = length of 1st side + length of 2nd side + length of 3rd side

So,

59 = 19 + 19 + 3rd side

=> 3rd side = 59 - 38 = 21cm
