Two sides of an triangle are each 5 metres less than twice the third side. If the perimeter of the triangle is 55 metres, find the length of its sides.

let third side be m
2m-5 be the other two sides
m+2m-5+2m-5=55
5m-10=55
5m=55+10
5m=65
m=65/5
m= 13metres
2m-5=2(13)-5=26-5=21meters are the two equal
sides and another side 13metres
The sides are 13,21,21metres
