to find = ratio of amplitude =?

solution :-

let w₁ and w₂ be widths

and I₁ and I₂ be intensities.

∴  W₁ / W₂ = I₁ / I₂ =81 / 1

∴  a₁ / a₂ = \sqrt{\frac{I1}{I2} = \sqrt{ \frac{81}{1}

∴  9 : 1

∴ 9 : 1 is a ratio of their amplitudes.
