transferred from one sphere to the other so that they attract with a force of 104 N.

Since the question asks about “each sphere”, it doesn’t matter how many there are—or where they are (that is, the amount of their separation).You need the molar mass of aluminum (easily looked up) to calculate how many moles per sphere. (Divide the mass by the molar mass.)Then you need Avogadro’s constant (easily looked up) to calculate how many atoms per sphere. (Multiply by  NA. ) Then you need the atomic number of aluminum (easily looked up—see where I’m going with this?) to calculate how many electrons per sphere. (Multiply by Z, where Z is the atomic number of aluminum.)
