Two small pitchers and one large pitcher can hold 8 cups of water. one large pitcher minus one small constitutes 2 cups of water. How many cups of water can each pitcher hold?​

Answer:

large pitchers can hold 5 cup of water and small pitcher's can hold 3 cup of water

because big-small=2....i

big+small=8....ii

i+ii

therefore 2big pitchers =10 cup water

one big pitchers =5 cup water

and.. small =8-big =8-5=3....
