COLOUMBS FORCE IS PROPORTIONAL TO PRODUCT OF THE CHARGES

SO,

F1=40×-20=-800C

after touching their charge will change and both spherical conductors attain same charge i.e q1+q2/2

q'=q1+q2/2

q'=40-20/2= 20/2=10C

F2=10×10=100C

F1/F2=800/100= 8:1
