I think A solution has more hydrogen concentration because pH value of A is 4 which indicates it as acid(weak acid).
B solution has pH value 10 which indicates weak base.
Acid produces more hydrogen ions and have more hydrogen ion concentration when compared with bases whether it weak or strong acid.
therefore A solution has more hydrogen ion concentration than B solution.
