Atomic number of copper = 29, number of electron = number of proton(n) = 29, As per the condition number of electron is 1% less = 29- 29*1/100 =29 - 0.29 =28.71,

q1 = ne (according to quantization of charge ) = 29 *1.6023 * 10-19= 46.47*10-19 C

q2= 28.71*1.6023 *10-19= 46 *10-19C

Force = F=9×109×46.47×10−19×46×10−191=19239×10−29N=1.92×10
