Answer:In this question there is no consideration of volume density change, we have only to use formulae σ=q/a and also a= 4πr 2 r1=10cm r2=40cm According to equation  q1/q2=r22 /r12 Thus q1/q2= (40x40)/(10x10) q1/q2=16/1   Ratio of charges is 16:1
