mass of second ball = 6kg

velocity of second ball = 8m/s

m1u1 + m2u2 = m1v1 + m2v2

4(8) + 6(8) = 4(v) + 6(1.5m/s)

32kgm/s + 48kgm/s = 4(v) +9m/s

4v=80kgm/s - 9 kgm/s

v 71 /4 kgm/s

final velocity of ball is 17.75 m/s
