Let the force constant be K1 nad K2.

Given Data:

K1 / K2 = 3/4

3K2 = 4K1

K2 = 4/3 K1

Now we have

F = K11

1 = F/K1 (Since  1 =  )

Thus

F = K1

And  

F = K2 2

Force is the same on both springs.

k1 =K2 2

2 = K1 /K2

2 = 3/4

Elongation in scond spring is 3/4.
