Side of square =8 cm

Perimeter of square =32 m

Lenth of rectangle =10 cm

Therefore,

2(l+b)=32

10+b=16

b=6

Therefore, breadth = 6m

Now, area of square = side×side=8×8=64 cm²

Area of rectangle = length×breadth=10×6=60 cm²

Therefore, square encloses more area.

Answer:

square with larger side will have greater area

as mentioned

there are 2 square

1st with side 6m

and 2nd with side 8m

so area of these squares are respectively

36cm² and 64 cm²

so 2nd square has larger area by 28cm²
