The temperature of the complete system is 250 K .

We know , probability is given as :

P=Ae^{-{E/kT}

Let , energy of both state is E_1\ and\ E_2  .

So , energy gap is , E_2-E_1 = 6.9\times 10^{-21}\ J\ .

Therefore , ratio of probability :

e^2=e^{(E_2-E_1)/kT}

Equating power of e .

We get ,

2=(E_2-E_1)/kT\\\\2kT=E_2-E_1\\\\2\times 1.38\times 10^{-23}\times T=6.9\times 10^{-21}\\\\T=250\ K.

Hence , this is the required solution .
