Well, you do say in the question that they have the same velocity lol, so there's that. If you mean however, which stone hits the ground with a higher velocity, it will also be the same if we disregard air resistance as I'm sure you are.
In projectile motion, there is symmetry about a ballistic trajectory. Throw something up at 5m/s, and it'll come down at 5m/s when it gets back to the original point. With that, both rocks will have effectively been thrown downwards at 5m/s from the same height, just at different times, and then will land with the same velocity because their difference in mass does not affect their acceleration due to gravity!
