Two straight infinitely long wires are fixed in space so that the current in theleft wire is 2 A and directed out of the plane of the page and the current in 

the right wire is 3 A and directed into the plane of the page. In which

Magnetic Field Intensity can be zero in region I.

Reason:

As per the question, the current carrying wires are present along the Y axis , such that 2 Amp wire is along +Y axis and 3 Amp wire is along -Y axis.

Now, in region I:

Magnetic field intensity due to 2 Amp wire will be directed along +Z axis.

Magnetic field intensity due to 3 Amp wire will be directed along -Z axis.

Hence they can nullify each other such that the net magnetic field intensity will become zero.

Another thing to keep in mind:

The distance of the wires from the neutral point in region I have to be such that the field intensities get nullified by each other.

3A current is more in amount but distance is greater.

2A current is less in amount but distance is less.

Hence , final answer is region I
