two straw Repel if both are charged whereas a charged straw attracts an uncharged straw. give reason for this

because if both the straw have same charge then they will repel each other and it the have different charge then they will attract each other .......

because both have positive / negative charges . So , same charges repel each other but on the other hand if one straw have no charge and one straw is charge they will attract .
