by Raman on a shirt. If the marked price of the
shirt is Rs 600, then what is the value (in Rs) of
discount?

Value of shirt = 600rs

1st discount 10% = 600 x 10/100 = 60rs

Price=600 - 60= 540

2nd discount 25%=540 x 25/100= 155rs

Value of discount = 155rs + 60rs = 215rs
