x +y=180 1

x-y=50 2

therefore x=115

sub in 1

115 +y =180

y=65

verification x+y =180

115+65=180

Solution :-

supplementary angles sum to 180º

let x = one of the angles

then, (180 - x) = the other angle

the difference is: 50º

x - (180 - x) = 50

2x = 230

x = 115º

the two angles are: 115º and 65º
