Let the two angles be x and y.
x-y=38
So, x = 38+y
x + y = 180
38 + y + y = 180
2y = 180-38
2y = 142
y = 142/2 = 71°
x = 38+71
x = 109°
Therefore, the two angles are 71° & 109°.
