hiii!!!

here's ur answer...

we know that the sum of two supplementary angles is 180°.

let the two angles be 2x and 7x.

therefore 2x+7x = 180°

=> 9x = 180°

=> x = 180/9

=> x = 20

hence, first angle = 2x

= 2×20

= 40°

second angle = 7x

= 7×20

= 140°

VERIFICATION:-

sum of two supplementary angles = 40+140

= 180°

hence verified

hope this helps..!

the answer is 40:140

details

let the sides be 2k and 7k

thus 2k+7k = 180 degrees

         9k = 180 degrees

 thus k= 20degrees

substituting k in 2k:7k

we get 40:140

pls make as brainliest if it helps
