Supplementary angles add up to 180

Given ratio = 3: 2

-

Find total parts:

3 + 2 = 5

-

Find 1 part:

5 parts = 180

1 part = 180 ÷ 5 = 36

-

Find 2 parts (smaller angle):

1 part = 36

2 parts = 36 x 2 = 72°

-

Find 3 parts (greater angle):

1 part = 36

3 parts = 36 x 3 = 108°

-

Answer: The smaller angle is 72° and the greater angle is 108°

Heyaa!!

HERE IS THE ANSWER

Let the supplementary angles be 3x°and 2x° respectively

As we know that two angles of supplementary angle measures 180°

So A/Q

3x +2x= 180°

5x°=180°

x°=(180/5)°

x°= 36°

Then the angles are _____

3x°= (3×36)°=108°

2x°=(2×36)°= 72°

Therefore the larger angle is 108° and smaller angle is 72°.

Hope it helps to you.
