Given

✭ Difference Between two supplementary Angles is 34°

To Find

◈ The angles?

Solution

Concept

Before solving this we got to know what is a supplementary or a complementary angles.A supplementary Angle is the ones which form 180° when added. Complementary angles are angles which add up to form 90°

━━━━━━━━

Let

  • Angel 1 = x
  • Angel 2 = 180-x

So as they add up to 180°

➝ x-(180-x) = 34

➝ x-180+x = 34

➝ x+x = 34+180

➝ 2x = 214

➝ x = 214/2

x = 107

So the angles will be,

⪼ x = 107°

⪼ 180-x = 180-107 = 73°

Verification

➳ x+(180-x) = 180°

➳ 107+73 =180°

➳ 180° = 180°
