We know, two supplementary angles sum up to make 180°

. So, let one of the angles be x°.

Then , the other one is (x - 48)°

. As , their sum is 180°, we can form the equation ,

⇒ x + x - 48 = 180

⇒2x = 180 + 48

 ⇒x = 228/2 = 114

Hence, we have x's value 114°.

So, the other angle is x - 48 = 114 - 48 = 66°.

Answer : Hence, angles are 114° and 66°.
