We need to prove that ,

<PTQ = 2<OPQ

Let <PTQ = x°

So, TPQ is an Isosceles triangle .

Therefore ,

<TPQ + <TQPn+ <PTQ = 180°

= 90° - x/2

perpendicular to the radius through
