A container can measure 578 liters of petrol an exact number of measurements.

Therefore, the maximum capacity of the container is the GCF of 782 in liters and denotes the maximum capacity of container.

(use any method to find GCF). So the capacity of the container = 8 liters. The tank capacity has 8l.
