2. These community groups should appoint guards on shift basis and should be alert all the time. If they come to know about the unidentified or suspicious person in the area they should give details of those persons to the nearby police station. The important thing is that if any crime happens in a house in that particular neighbourhood, they should come together and support the victim and fight against the criminal for justice in giving him maximum punishment.
