2/3 of x+6=36
2/3×x+6=36
2x/3+6=36
2x+6=36×3
2x+6=108
2x=108-6
2x=102
x=102/2
x=51

sanchitamahajan: your answer is wrong
sanchitamahajan: see ur ans says 2/3×51+6=36 that comes out to be 40=36 and that is not right and if u see my ans it says 2/3×45+6=36 and that comes out to be 36=36
