In context to questions asked,

We have to determine the value of the number.

As per questions,

It is given that,

Two - third of a number is 4 more than 1

So let the number be x

So, from above we can write it as,

 \frac{2}{3} \: of \: x = 4 + 1

So for determining the value of number we will solve the given expression.

Hence, we will get,

 \frac{2}{3} \: of \: x = 4 + 1 \\ = > \frac{2}{3} \: \times \: x = 5 \\ = > x = \frac{5 \times 3}{2} \\ = > x = \frac{15}{2} = 7.5

Hence, value of the required number will be 7.5
